You can share and find new workouts with a community of other people. You can also cheer each other on and comment on each other’s progress. You can chart your stats and progress as well. What could be better than having tons of people around you in the virtual world to spur you on toward your goals?

If you love tracking every aspect of your health goals, this is the app for you. You can record everything from your calorie intake to your sleep patterns to the number of miles you walk. The app keeps track of it all. Argus is like a diary that clues you in to patterns, both good and bad, that can help you reach all your health goals.

Do you love a good challenge? This app combines a pedometer with missions that help you reach your daily quota of steps. While you’re participating in an exciting game, the app is tracking your miles, speed and steps. You can modify the game and the more you move, the more clues you can get to help you win.

This is a great combination app that allows you to track your calorie intake as well as your workout. The app is loaded with a food database that makes it simple to record what you eat so you can monitor your calories burned versus calories eaten.
