This app helps reset your Circadian rhythm so your body can naturally fall asleep without needing to use medication. This app is fully customizable so you can decide if you want music playing softly in the background, how long you want the app to run and a few other variables. You plug your phone in to charge, set it near your bed so that it shines on the ceiling/wall (whichever way you’re going to face while you fall asleep). You watch the blue light flashing in patterns on the wall and it lulls you to sleep. This works incredibly well for a number of people, so you should try it out!
